Practical, accessible movement that helps the body release tension and the nervous system find rhythm. No flexibility required.

The daily, weekly, and seasonal patterns that turn a few good practices into a sustainable life.

A guided 4-week practice for building real nervous system awareness — not as a concept, but as a daily skill.

Over four weeks, you'll learn to recognize the difference between activation and settling, develop a small toolkit of practices that actually work for your system, and build a daily rhythm that holds up under real-life pressure.
Practical. Grounded. No prior experience needed.
 

Live online, Monday through Thursday.
